The breathtaking ocean views from our Junior Suite made mornings feel magical, perfect for sipping coffee while soaking in the beauty of Haeundae Beach.

The confusing check-in process through the basement with poor signage left us feeling frustrated upon arrival.

Check-in process felt like an invasion!!! No proper front desk or concierge service provided. Housekeeping only comes every four days, and the unit lacks basic supplies like paper towels!!! Communication was frustrating during our stay!!!
